Even amid several years of personal growth, a changing voice, and creative challenges, O’trin (aka Six One Nice) persevered to complete his debut album. The project reflects years of careful, dedicated work and introduces a fresh approach to Hip-Hop and Modern Rock—making him the first artist signed to LaPret World Music beyond frontman LaPret.
Produced entirely by LaPret, the album features 16 original studio recordings that capture the raw energy of O'trin’s evolution. As the first artist officially signed to LaPret World Music beyond the founder himself, Six One Nice establishes his own lane while collaborating closely with LaPret, who provides additional vocals on key tracks like 'Waist' and 'Rub a Dub.'"

Before the Noise... Still Six One Nine [2026] marks the official arrival of
Six One Nice (O'trin), the first artist signed to LaPret World Music under the direct guidance of label founder LaPret.
This 16-track debut bridges the gap between Alternative Hip-Hop and Modern Rock, serving as a sonic documentation of O'trin's artistic maturation over the past few years.
Helmed entirely by LaPret as Executive Producer, the project highlights a mentorship turned creative partnership where Six One Nice revisits and reimagines cornerstone pieces of the LaPret catalog.
By breathing new life into some older compositions, the album functions as a bridge between the label's foundations and its future.

Overall, the project merges three would-be EPs into a cohesive album—the culmination of many years spent developing a sound designed to break through algorithms.
